Monster in Me || Jiyong & Youngjae

Much like any other metropolitan area, Seoul had quite the lively nights – lights were flashing everywhere, be it from the cars or from the various ads that were hung from the tall buildings. The streets were crowded by people and, all in all, the city felt alive.

Nothing compared to the night-time; if the city was dull and grey-colored during daytime, then at night it showed its true colors.

People were walking back and forth, chatting, laughing and generally having a good time. After a day of stress at work, it felt just about right to kick back and relax. It felt good to unwind. But the cheerful crowd was only a façade.

A snow-white owl stay perched up on one of the street-lamp posts, its large amber eyes scanning the surroundings. Its head craned slightly as the creature set eyes on a particular individual; whether it was his luxurious clothing or the way he carried himself, the man had clearly caught the bird’s attention. Its head bobbed a few times before it plunged forward, spreading out its wings and taking flight.

Despite how crowded the city was, or how many lights were making it seem ten times prettier than it already was, going out by yourself still felt strange even so; what were the reasons? Daesung was in Japan, right? Youngbae was working on his solo, TOP hyung was busy himself with the final touches for the movie, and Ri – well, he was out until late for whatever reason he didn’t want to say.

Jiyong thought it’d be his time to do stuff, but he grew bored quickly. Even if he walked Gaho and played with Jolie, scrolled through twitter or posted a selca it would still be the same. So what did the rapper decide to do? Check out for some new stuff, specifically clothes, since he has received a lot of accessories lately.

He was quite distracted, talking on the phone with a dear person judging by the vocabulary he was using and how comfortable he seemed; then again, Jiyong was generally easily distracted, so it wasn’t a big surprise.

In one hand he was carrying a bag filled with things he bought for himself, for the others, a large smile planted on his face. Just a little bit and he’d be home.
